Indonesian NAATI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website indonesiannaati.com, a NAATI CCL exam practice platform for Indonesian-English interpreters. Our contact email is indonesiannaati@gmail.com.

- Practice session data: your scores, transcripts, and performance data from completed practice dialogues. This data is linked to your account and stored securely.

We do not collect or store any audio recordings from your microphone. All audio processing happens in your browser and is discarded when the session ends.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the practice platform.
- To save your practice history so you can track your progress.
- To send you important account-related communications (e.g. password resets).
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted in Australia. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) so your practice data is only accessible to your own account. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. For more information, see supabase.com/security.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: if you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to that sign-in process. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Vercel: our website is hosted on Vercel. Standard access logs may be collected by Vercel.
- Supabase: used for authentication and database storage.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
