Indonesian NAATI provides an online practice platform for the NAATI CCL (Community Language) exam, specifically for the Indonesian-English language pair. The platform offers practice dialogues, AI-based scoring, and progress tracking. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial study use.
3. Accounts
To access practice features, you must create an account using your email address or a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the dialogue content or scoring system.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or its servers.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including dialogue scripts, model answers, key vocabulary, and the scoring methodology, is owned by Indonesian NAATI or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The AI scoring will perfectly replicate official NAATI CCL exam scoring.
- Use of the platform will result in passing the NAATI CCL exam.
- The platform will be available without interruption or error.
Indonesian NAATI is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd) in any way.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indonesian NAATI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
8. Payments and refunds
Some features of the platform may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be displayed clearly before any purchase. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at indonesiannaati@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your practice data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
